Binoculars that belonged to Queen Margherita of Savoy, Queen of Italy, made entirely of ivory by "A. Hirsch - Rome, Official Supplier to His Majesty the King of Italy."

This extraordinary piece bears Queen Margherita's personal monogram, consisting of the Royal Crown above the "M," on both small eyepiece tubes.

Its original, excellently preserved case features the Royal Crown of Savoy in relief, in gold.

The image is excellent, and the central focusing mechanism works perfectly.
