Clock "Boselli" Royal Italian Navy submarine, 1940

Clock "Boselli" Royal Italian Navy submarine, 1940

Clock produced by B. Boselli - Milan, specifically designed to be installed on board of a submarine of the Royal Italian Navy.
The clock is made entirely of "Bronze", reports on the dial, as well as the company's brand manufacturer "B. Boselli Milan", assignment marks and acceptance of the Royal Italian Navy namely: "Royal Navy 1005/40" and "Anchor Crowned" under which is short for submarine "Smg.". This symbol is also found on the right eye plate 7x50 binoculars Koritska in use to the Commanders of the Submarines.
On the dial it is still present, in small part, a layer of silvering.
Vario was the number of clocks on board the submarines: from the Officials Square, the engine room but in all probability it is believed that this specimen was intended in particular to Commander's Cabin.
Fully functional.
